Terms of Service

Service provided
Form provides a design service: a seven-phase flow that produces a home design for a single project, reviewed by a Form designer before delivery.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and access code. Each access code is tied to one project. Sharing an account or code may result in the account being suspended.
Your content
You retain ownership of everything you put into Form — your address, your style inputs, your inspiration photos, your Shell and finish selections. You grant Form a limited license to process that content in order to deliver the service.
Output and professional review
Form produces designs, floor plans, and renderings for your use. These outputs are not construction documents and are not a substitute for review by a licensed architect, engineer, or contractor before building.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer Form, resell your design outputs, upload content you do not have rights to, or use Form to harm others. Form reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Warranties and liability
Form is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Form disclaims all warranties and limits its aggregate liability to the amount you paid to Form for the project in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
Form may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
