What we collect
Form collects the information you provide directly — your name, email address, project inputs (lot address, style quiz responses, uploaded inspiration photos, Shell and finish selections), and any messages you send us. We also collect standard technical data — browser, device, IP address, and timestamps — through server logs and a minimal analytics layer.
How we use your data
Your project data is used to deliver the Form design flow — matching your style profile to Shells, rendering your home, saving your progress. We use technical data to keep the service secure and to understand aggregate usage. We do not sell your data.
Third-party services
Form integrates with Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), Mapbox and Google (mapping and lot data), and Anthropic (photo analysis). Each processor receives only what it needs to perform its function, under its own privacy terms.
Data retention
Project data is retained for the life of your Form account. If you request account deletion, we remove personal identifiers and project data within thirty days, subject to any legal obligations to retain financial records.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion by emailing info@formai.co. We respond within fourteen days.
Changes to this policy
Material changes to this policy will be announced on this page and, when relevant, by email. Continued use of Form after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
